GENERAL

1. BASIS OF SALE

1.1) The terms and conditions below set out the entire agreement between
you and Orange Skips Northwest, to the exclusion of all other terms and
conditions.
1.2) All quotes provided are estimated based on the information you provide.
We reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly if the information you
provide is unclear, inaccurate, or false.

SKIP HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. PROVISION OF SERVICES.

2.1) We endeavour to deliver and collect equipment at the time and date prearranged. However, this can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our
control. As such, all times and dates given should be accepted as an
estimate, not a guaranteed appointment.
2.2) You agree that you have the full authority to employ us to collect and
dispose of the waste. Therefore, you indemnify us from and against
additional costs or expense from any third parties as a result of you not
holding the correct authority.
2.3) You accept it is your responsibility to ensure you hold the correct
permits for the skips intended location. We are happy to assist in arranging
such permits.
2.4) You agree not to put any of the following in our skips: paints, asbestos,
gas bottles, hazardous item’s, clay, builders/garden waste in 8-yard skips.
2.5) Skips must not be overloaded. If your skip is overloaded, it will not be
collected due to health and safety reasons, and additional charges will be
added.
2.6) Skip hire is for 3 or 7 days only from delivery date. We can collect
sooner where possible.
2.7) You agree we have clear access to deliver and collect the skip, this
means there is no obstructions such as fences, walls, cars etc.
2.8) You accept liability for any damage caused due to obstructions.

3. PAYMENT

3.1) Payment must be made in full either prior to, or on the day of our
attendance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2) In the event that we do not receive payment in full, you agree that any
waste collected may be returned to your premises.
3.3) We reserve to right to instigate legal action for any unpaid invoices.

4. CANCELLATION

4.1) You can cancel your skip hire without charge up to 48 hours prior to the
agreed collection date.
4.2) You agree that if you cancel/postpone your skip hire within 48 hours of
the agreed delivery date will be charged a £20.00 cancellation fee.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILTY

5.1) Orange Skips Northwest accepts no liability for any damage to property
during the collection or delivery of your skip.

SKIPS NORTHWEST YOU ARE ACCEPTING YOU HAVE READ AND
AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
